This site collects personal data only when you send us a message. This page explains what we keep and why.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the services you selected and your message. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to discuss your project. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
How long we keep it
If we do not start a project, we delete your message within 12 months. If we do, we keep it for as long as the project and the related legal obligations require.
Who else sees it
Messages pass through Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers them to our inbox, and through our email provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@twinstack.digital. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
